1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 18ji website located at https://18ji.org (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 18ji Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 18ji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2.Eligibility

To register and use the 18ji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 18ji, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must not have had a previous 18ji account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

18ji reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.Account Registration

To access the full features of the 18ji Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 18ji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

18ji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts registered with false information, or accounts found to be duplicates, will be suspended without notice and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

4.Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 18ji is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued gameplay.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID).
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name).
• A selfie holding your ID, as requested by the 18ji compliance team.

18ji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 18ji account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 18ji does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency or credit card.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Processing times vary by method but 18ji aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day.

18ji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 18ji Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 18ji does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or digital assets of any kind.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 18ji may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• 18ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the decision of 18ji shall be final.

7.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 18ji Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all 18ji games:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games, and by real-time dealer actions for live casino games. 18ji does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Winnings are credited to your 18ji account balance immediately upon the conclusion of each game round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 18ji reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 18ji Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity theft, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal purpose.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the 18ji Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of 18ji or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 18ji.
• Use any 18ji trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 18ji intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

10.Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to 18ji. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on the 18ji Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with third-party service providers where necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

18ji complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond 18ji's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game offered thereon.
• Errors in game software provided by third-party game developers.

In all cases, 18ji's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 18ji account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 18ji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

12.Suspension & Termination

18ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or collusion.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may also close your 18ji account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13.Responsible Gaming

18ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and no deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

14.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

18ji operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

15.Amendments

18ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 18ji will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 18ji Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. 18ji recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform.
